  • Service Unavailability: If you subscribed to a paid service or feature on our website and encounter a protracted service outage or the feature’s unavailability, you may be eligible for a refund. The refund will be prorated according to the length of the outage. Please contact our customer service department to report the problem and obtain a refund.

Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:

  • No refunds will be issued for services rendered after the refund period has expired.
  • There will be no refunds for listings that have already gotten significant visibility or inquiries from potential buyers or renters.

Processing Time and Fees:

  • If a refund is accepted, it will be processed within 10 business days after receipt of the refund request.
  • walkestate.com maintains the right to deduct from the refund amount any transaction fees or expenses paid during the refund process.

Policy Changes: walkestate.com reserves the right to change, revise, or update this refund policy at any time and without warning. Any modifications to the policy will take effect soon after they are posted on our website.
