2. Nature of the Platform

Walkestate.com operates strictly as an online classified portal and intermediary. We provide a digital space connecting property buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, agents, and developers across B2B and B2C sectors.

• No Brokerage/Agency: We are not a real estate broker, agent, or property manager.
• Not a Party to Transactions: We do not participate in, negotiate, or guarantee any lease, sale, or real estate transaction initiated through the Platform. Any agreements made are strictly between the users involved.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To list a property or access certain features, you must register for an account.

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account details updated.
• You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Property Listing Policies and User Content

Users may post information, text, photographs, and other materials related to real estate ("Listings" or "Content"). By posting Content, you agree to the following:

• Accuracy: All property details, pricing, and availability must be truthful, accurate, and not misleading.
• Authority: You must have the legal right, authorization, or ownership to list the property for sale or lease.
• Prohibited Content: You may not post Listings that are discriminatory, fraudulent, offensive, or that violate any local, state, or national laws.
• Right to Remove: We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to review, modify, suspend, or remove any Listing or Content at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe it violates these Terms.

5. Prohibited Activities

When using Walkestate.com, you agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Post duplicate, fake, or "bait-and-switch" property listings.
• Scrape, extract, or harvest data (including user contact information) from the Platform using automated scripts, bots, or spiders.
• Interfere with or disrupt the security, functionality, or performance of the Platform.
• Harass, threaten, or defraud other users.

6. Fees and Payments

While browsing the Platform may be free, certain services (such as premium listings, featured placements, or subscription packages) may require payment. All applicable fees will be clearly communicated prior to purchase.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Platform (excluding user-generated Listings) are owned or licensed by Walkestate.com and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our proprietary content without express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Walkestate.com is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or completeness of any property Listing or the identity/trustworthiness of any user on the Platform. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be secure, error-free, or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Walkestate.com and its affiliates, directors, or employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, any real estate transactions facilitated through the Platform, or any disputes between users.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, and you hereby consent to such jurisdiction.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document or via email. Continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
