By purchasing Walkestate.com, you explicitly agree to the terms of this No-Refund Policy.
1. General Policy: All Sales Are Final
Due to the digital nature of the services provided by Walkestate.com, all sales are strictly final and non-refundable. Once a transaction is processed and the digital service (e.g., a property listing, premium placement, or subscription) is activated or credited to your account, we cannot reverse the transaction or issue a refund.
2. Applicability
This strict no-refund policy applies equally to all users across both B2C and B2B segments, including but not limited to individual property owners, tenants, real estate agents, brokers, and corporate developers. It covers all paid services on the platform, including:
- Standard and Premium property listing fees.
- Featured, highlighted, or "bumped" listing placements.
- Advertising banners and promotional spots.
- Monthly or annual subscription packages for agents and agencies.
- Lead generation or contact-unlock fees.
3. No Exceptions
To maintain fairness and consistency for all users, we do not grant exceptions to this policy. Refunds, partial refunds, or account credits will not be issued under any of the following circumstances:
- Change of Mind: You decide you no longer want the listing or service after purchase.
- Property Sold/Leased Quickly: Your property is sold or leased off-platform or faster than expected, resulting in unused listing time.
- Lack of Inquiries: You do not receive the desired number of leads, views, or inquiries from your listing. Walkestate.com guarantees platform visibility as per your purchased package, but cannot guarantee market response or successful real estate transactions.
- User Error: You made a mistake during the creation of a listing (e.g., incorrect property details, uploading the wrong photos) or purchased the wrong package.
- Account Suspension: Your account or listings are suspended or removed due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions (e.g., posting fraudulent or prohibited content).
4. Service Interruptions and Technical Issues
In the rare event that a verifiable technical failure on our end prevents your paid listing or advertisement from being displayed as purchased, our sole obligation will be to correct the technical issue and extend the duration of your listing or service to compensate for the exact downtime. We will not issue monetary refunds for platform downtime.
5. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Any attempt to bypass this policy by filing a fraudulent chargeback or dispute with your credit card company or payment provider will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your Walkestate.com account. We reserve the right to dispute any chargebacks and recover associated fees.
